Working directly with the individual learning their goals, sport history, and time available to train Sean believes he has the ability to help everyone reach their athletic goals.
With having such a diverse athletic background Sean will be able to create specialty training plans for many different endurance sports. These include Swimming, Biking, Running, Triathlon (All distances), and XC Skiing.
